I can install shelves, blinds, carbon monoxide detectors, assemble flat pack furniture and sheds, replace bathroom vanities, add a medicine cabinet, and otherwise make your living space more convenient. I maintain swamp coolers and replace air handling filters, too. Don’t want to pay contractor pricing for a small job? I can handle work under $1,000 in materials and labor with some exceptions without needing a contractor’s license, saving both of us time and money. The standard rate for service is $40 per hour plus materials. If I get to the work site and determine it is beyond my scope, there is no charge for the visit.
